About the Job

As the Demand Generation Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth for our clients and our business. You will work closely with the leadership team to identify new opportunities for growth and develop strategies to expand our business. You will help us develop an efficient, effective, and repeatable process..

Responsibilities

  • Lead Demand Generation Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven demand generation strategies that align with client objectives, leveraging analytics, automation, and CRM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Salesforce) to drive predictable revenue growth.
  • Identify Business Opportunities: Collaborate with sales and client services teams to identify and nurture new business opportunities, focusing on customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Develop Scalable ABM Frameworks: Create and implement scalable Account-Based Marketing (ABM) frameworks that utilize data from 6sense to optimize marketing investments and maximize client ROI.
  • Design Multi-Channel Campaigns: Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (SEO, paid search, social media, email) that effectively drive Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
  • Build Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure their marketing initiatives align with overall business goals.
  • Measure and Optimize Campaigns: Continuously measure, optimize, and report on the success of demand generation campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, marketing automation, and attribution models to ensure positive ROI.
  • Drive Marketing Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to foster innovation in B2B marketing strategies, driving creative solutions to complex marketing challenges.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Foster collaboration with development, strategy, and analytics teams to ensure seamless implementation of demand generation initiatives.
  • Mentor and Develop the Team: Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering professional growth and a collaborative environment within the demand generation team.
  • Manage Projects Effectively: Scope projects accurately, forecast resources, and manage budgets to deliver demand generation initiatives on time and within budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth strategy, or demand generation, preferably within a digital agency or consulting environment.
  • Hands-on experience with ABM platforms, particularly 6sense, to drive demand generation and create tailored marketing campaigns based on predictive insights and account intelligence.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable business growth, with a focus on lead generation, customer acquisition, and ROI.
  • Experience with B2B marketing automation platforms and CRM tools, as well as analytics platforms.
  • Proven leadership experience, including managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior executives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and strategies.
  • Knowledge of current B2B trends, marketing strategies, and best practices in growth marketing, demand generation, and digital transformation.
