Elevated Third is a growing, Denver based digital agency in need of an enthusiastic and qualified business development specialist to join our sales team. We are committed to investing in your future by training you in sales and professional skills that will serve you at Elevated Third and beyond.

You will be responsible for supporting the sales efforts of the team, including sourcing, establishing, and building relationships with companies over the phone, through email, and in person. You will also be responsible for researching and identifying new client opportunities, presenting and pitching our services to prospects, and increasing awareness of our company.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in sales development
  • Familiarity with long, B2B sales cycles
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfort with high-activity phone and email prospecting
  • Ability to build strong and lasting relationships with key decision makers in client firms
  • Keen attention to detail and motivation to deliver high quality work
  • Ability to work well independently and be self-motivated as well as work on a team and across functional areas of the organization
  • Disciplined approach to daily activity planning and setting goals

Responsibilities:

  • Research prospective organizations in specific market segments
  • Utilizing our CRM and prospecting tools (Salesforce, Linkedin Sales Nav)
  • Identify decision-makers and influencers in organizations
  • Build, qualify and maintain a portfolio of clients and prospects aligned with our sales strategy
  • Maintain a minimum revenue pipeline and close rate
  •  Keep a positive attitude in order to drive yourself and your colleagues to success
  • Assist sales team in all responsibilities related to closing new business
  • Beginning conversations with new prospects through outreach

The salary for candidates based in Colorado is 60-90k with commission
