Resource Manager
Elevated Third is a thriving digital agency that's all about delivering exceptional B2B digital projects on time and on budget. As a Resource Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our success by ensuring we have the right team members on the right projects at the right time. In addition, you'll be the expert on our project management tools, particularly Kantata. Being able to use your expertise to create and run resourcing reports that drive our decision-making is critical to this role.
Responsibilities:
- Resource allocation: You'll direct and advise the allocation of resources (both full-time employees and contractors) to various projects or departments, ensuring we maximize our available capacity.
- Project success: You'll work closely with UX, Development, Analytics and Account Strategy leads to ensure projects are adequately staffed and set up for success.
- Risk mitigation: You'll help us identify and avoid risks that could impact project timelines or budgets.
- Tools and technology: You'll utilize Kantata (formerly Mavenlink) and other project management tools to oversee our agency's projects and track their progress. You'll be the go-to person for creating and running resourcing reports in Kantata, ensuring we have the data we need to make informed decisions.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in traffic management, project management, or account management in an agency setting.
- Critical thinking: Ability to think critically and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record: Demonstrated ability to execute large-scale projects successfully.
- Results-oriented: Thrive in a results-oriented culture where your contributions directly impact the company's success.
- Technical skills: Proficiency with Kantata (formerly Mavenlink) and the ability to create and run complex resourcing reports.

The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 based on experience and location.
